If you cannot begin treatment within 10 minutes of the therapist’s scheduled arrival, the session may be shortened but full session fees may still apply.
For mobile and in-home services, therapists may require a 15–20 minute arrival window due to travel and traffic conditions. Patients will be notified of delays when possible.
Payment is due at the time of service. Quantum Bodyworks reserves the right to change pricing or promotions at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quantum Bodyworks is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of our website or services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Houston, Texas.
